Prohibitions
Customers shall not engage in any of the following acts. (1) Acts that cause nuisance, disadvantage, or damage to third parties, including other customers, or our company, or acts that may cause them (2) Acts that violate public order and morals or other laws and ordinances, or acts that may cause them (3) Acts of registering information that contains false or misleading content (4) Computer viruses, computers designed to interfere, destroy, or limit the functions of computer software, hardware, or communication equipment Acts of uploading content such as code, files, programs, etc. to this website or sending them by means of e-mail, etc. (5) Acts of collecting, accumulating, or storing personal information of other customers (6) Credit cards, mobile phones Acts of using this service by illegally using settlement methods such as payment (7) Acts of returning products excessively multiple times without justifiable reasons (8) Using this service by using another customer's ID or name Acts of obtaining IDs and passwords from others, or acts of disclosing or providing IDs and passwords to third parties regardless of the act or means of (9) Other acts that the Company reasonably determines to be inappropriate, such as damage to or loss of the Company's credibility or interference with the Company's business.5. Purchase of products

If the product cannot be delivered, or if the product is found to be prohibited from sale by law, the Company may cancel the sales contract with the customer without notice. In this case, if the Company has already received payment for the purchase of the product from the customer, the Company shall be exempt from any liability to the customer by returning the purchase price equivalent to the purchase price without interest. 3.In the event that the Chief of the Police Headquarters etc. orders the Company to store the information pursuant to Article 21 of the Secondhand Articles Dealer Act (Act No. 108 of 1949, including subsequent amendments), the Company shall terminate the storage period. Until then, we may refuse delivery to the customer. Returns of products shall be accepted only in the cases specified in the following items.
